HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

To inquire about a custom piece, please fill out the Custom Jewelry Inquiry Form and we will be in touch within 3 business days.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Except for products that are in stock for instant delivery, the usual turnaround time for a custom orders depends on what we’re making for you and our current queue list of orders at the given time.

WHAT TYPE OF DIAMONDS DOES E.E.E USE?

E.E.E only uses the most precious stones. Our Diamond selection process involves an examination by an expert gemologist who takes the time to examine each stone.

  • Cut determines the beauty and shine of the stone.
  • Clarity measures the purity and rarity of the stone
  • Color refers to the natural tint inherent in white diamonds.
  • Carat denotes the weight of a diamond.

ARE ALL E.E.E PIECES IN 18K GOLD?

E.E.E Jewelry creations are made from the most precious materials. All the ingots used by our craftsmen are genuine. You can be assured that the metal ingot used by E.E.E is not a material with K18 Gold Coating or Platinum Finish on brass or silver, but real metal material.

IS THERE WARRANTY FOR E.E.E JEWELRY?

E.E.E offers the promise of exceptional quality. As a part of our commitment to you, warranty is issued to most E.E.E jewelry pieces. Exceptions do apply.
Your E.E.E item is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of twenty-four months from the date of its original purchase provided the warranty card. Please note Warranty is required for size adjustment and repair after purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
・normal wear and tear and ageing.
・any damage on any part of the jewelry resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use.
・indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from, for example, the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the watch.
・damage due to customization.
・the situation which we cannot judge it as appropriate.

DOES E.E.E HAVE A STORE OR SHOWROOM?

No, E.E.E does not have a physical location or showroom.
We are an e-commerce platform only.
We hold events such as exhibitions from time to time. Notifications will be made on SNS such as Instagram, so please follow us.

DO OTHER WEBSITES OR STORES SELL AUTHENTIC E.E.E JEWELRY?

No, E.E.E sells its jewelry exclusively online on this site. Buyers should be wary of purported E.E.E jewelry sold through unauthorized channels. Beware of counterfeits.
